Shipping
Original Art & Prints:
Shipping time will take 3-10 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email. *Please allow 1-3 days for processing time.

Custom-Made Orders:
Since each piece is created from scratch, the shipping timeline varies based on completion time. Once finished, the artwork will be carefully packaged and shipped, with a confirmation email sent upon dispatch.
Digital Commissions:
Will be delivered as a high-resolution digital file in PNG or PDF format via email. No physical shipping.
refunds & Returns / Exchanges
All sales are final. Due to the unique and handmade nature of my products, I do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.
If your order is lost, damaged, or if an item is missing from your order, please email me, and I will assist you in resolving the issue.
Commissions
Each commission begins with a detailed email outlining your ideas, preferences, and any specific details you’d like included.
After that, payment must be made upfront through my website. Once payment is received, I will contact you within 24 hours to finalize the details and discuss your commission before I begin working.
Revisions
Each custom-made service includes two free revisions during the creation process. Additional revisions will require an extra fee.

Completion Time
Commissions can take anywhere from a week to up to a month, depending on the size and level of detail. I’ll provide an estimated completion time when you place your order.

All commissions and artwork are for personal use only unless otherwise agreed upon. It may not be resold, reproduced, or used for commercial purposes without my permission.
