1. Send a detailed email that includes:

• References/Images
• Poses, expressions, or themes
• Color preferences
• Size
• Any specific details (ex: symbols, elements, text)
• Elements placement (ex: left, right, at the bottom)
• Style preference

2.  Upfront Payment

• Once you’ve emailed, full payment is required to secure your order before I begin working.

3.  Email Consultation

• After payment, I’ll contact you within 24 hours via email to discuss your request.

4.  Sketch & Revisions

• I’ll send a rough sketch for approval.
• 2 free small revisions included.
• Extra revisions will have an additional fee.

5.  Final Delivery

• Finished digital files will be sent via email in high-resolution PNG or PDF format

• To make the process go smoothly, the more detailed and clear your description is, the better I can meet your expectations and minimize extra revisions.
• Once I begin sketching, no cancellations or refunds will be issued.
• If you have concerns, please reach out before purchasing.
• I do not copy exact designs from other artists. If you provide references, I will use them as inspiration but will always add my own artistic touch to make it unique.
• The final design is for personal use only. You may not resell, redistribute, or claim the artwork as your own.
